If you don't have an account with them, they charge $8 dollars to cash their OWN checks. That tells me that they are hungry for money. Will never open an account with them.

Great bank and location. Just wish they would have more ATM's, smaller lines in the lobby, and longer hours. But overall a great bank. Also more locations would help.

As far as lines well....every bank has them, Id have to say after being an ARVEST customer. Thank god im not anymore, Thank you BOA for being error free in maintaining my checking account. I rated 4 start due to the BOA hours, need to be open at least till five. Some of us get paid by checks and not direct deposit (behind in the times) so when I work 7-4:30 makes it impossible to get to the bank. BOA in Hawaii hours are worse, 10am-3pm
Only gave 1 star because that was the lowest it would allow. Would give it a 0/5 experience. Bank of America has so many fees left and right.
They should terminate her asap . She is driving customers away.
