My shifter broke the week before my first mtb race recently and I was pretty bummed. The Bentonville location was really busy, but they called down to their Springdale Phat Tire location and the guys at Springdale said that they could help me out in time for my preride. They fit in a rebuild of my bike from 2x10 to 1x11 with components I had been collecting and a dropper post, as well as with some of what they had in stock, within a day. They were knowledgable, patient, and very nice! In addition, my bike rode very smoothly right off the bat and I love what they have done! No issues whatsoever! Thanks guys!

Excellent service , great selection of custom cycles and every imaginable , obscure or impossible to find part . Fast friendly service from knowledgeable helpful staff . Not the cheapest for some items but definitely the best value you could ask for . Conveniently located on the bike trail in downtown Springdale .
