Horrible rude people and poor service. While we were in the middle of being helped. A customer came in with a reasonable issue and the manager immediately looked to her (while we were being helped) and told the woman "No"
I still have to go back and see if I can get my late fee and reconnect fee refunded $35 + $5.
The black hole of cell phone service providers. First, they had so many tech problems setting up my online account access (after two visits). Then when I went in to make payment, they applied it to the someone elses account, so they disconnected me and charged me a reconnect fee. I went in, they transferred my payment to my account. The wonderful store manager worked on it for an hour and got it fixed. A week later I see they charged me a late fee and a reconnect fee! I sadly got a one-year contract, so I'm stuck. Just in the problems I have described above has been three hours on the phone and three in-store visits.
The manager had no knowledge of how to help us and just was flat out rude.
God help you if you have to come to this store the manager has no idea what she doing and has been on the phone for the last 40 mins trying to get help.
I usually only go there to get a new sim card. They can be quite busy some times but they work diligently to get to the next customer.
Drive to this store instead of the one in Siloam Springs. Though it's further away, I get a lot better service here. The staff is more knowledgeable, and I have never had an issue with what they tell me, and what shows up on my bill. I just hate that in this day and age cell phones cost so much.
