After major problems with cabinets getting resolved delivery has been a nightmare. Supposed to have cabinets and appliances delivered today am. It's 11:25 and no truck. The same old story tell the customer anything to make the sale. All paid for so they just deliver whenever they feel like it. I have tried to work with them but simply not impressed. Will never buy anything to be delivered. If it is not in stock will go somewhere else. The guy in appliances and Milo in cabinets were good
Very helpful and courtious. 10% discount for military/vets. Clean and bright and we'll stocked.
Wouldn't let me return a defective product. Groups of associates standing around blocking aisles that wouldn't even move much less help.
It is truly the BEST Lowes Store period. Helpful staff. Neat Clean and Organized. Quality products that last.
I special ordered a whirlpool tub and was to pick up 7 days later so I when to called the store they said it was not to be there for anther 9 day so I called 9 days later they told me someone picked it up 9 days earlier so I did my own checking the sent it 1600 miles away I let them know what I found so they said they will see what they could do to get it sent back here so 3 weeks later permits expired so have to get permits again and I received a call my tub came in so I go pick it up get it to the house take the cardboard off the pump mount is broke so tomorrow I get to call them tomorrow to see if I can get it fixed so maybe I can get it put in before spring or summer well see what they say tomorrow right now I am not to happy with the service and product
