IF I COULD RATE A 0 I WOULD. THIS GUY AND HIS EMPLOYEES ARE VERY UNHELPFUL, THEY DO NOT EXPLAIN CHANGES MADE VERY WELL AND WHEN YOU CALL THEM A LOT OF THE TIME YOU GET FORWARDED TO A CALL CENTER FOR NATIONWIDE. MY RATES CONTINUE TO GO UP WITH NO VALID EXPLANATION FROM THESE CROOKS. NATIONWIDE ISN'T THE MAIN PROBLEM, REPRESENTATION FROM PEOPLE LIKE THIS IS. I WOULD ADVISE SOMEONE TO CHECK OTHER COMPANIES FOR INSURANCE FIRST AND IF YOU SETTLE ON NATIONWIDE, USE A DIFFERENT OFFICE THAN THIS ONE.
I was trying to get car insurance with this company and at the time I was told I need a few things to be able to get car insurance. I got everything I was told to by the agent and still was told I didn't meet the requirements...I was told I needed to have previous car insurance for 6 months prior to me trying to get insurance and my copy said it was 2 days shy of 6 months but in front of me my previous insurance company to the agent I was actually 3 days past 6 months and still I am getting the run around. Do not use this location!
