Definitely would never recommend this guy to anyone. anybody that wont take the time of day to talk to prospective customer does not deserve my business.
What a jerk. I called just to see if they would do a ring resetting and they guy A) answered the phone with "yeah" like i was interrupting him by calling his store and B) when i asked about a ball park figure to get my ring reset he laughed and told me "i have no earthly idea what you got"
Great service. Fixed my glasses frames in an hour for $10. We'll use them again.
He has been repairing & sizing my jewelry for years. He is amazing his prices can't be beat. His work is exceptional!! He sized a ring for me that sales said couldn't be sized due to the diamonds on band. He did it 2 yrs ago & it's perfect!

Number one, if you want customers you need a better attitude and being a person that doesn't deal with jewelry repair often i had no idea you couldn't give me a round-about figure for the cost. Next time, if you want customers, try being a little nicer and helpful.
So nice and quick and reasonable! I lost a diamond out of my wedding ring. I took it to him. He had it fixed and clean and ready the next day! He even fixed another prong that wasn't right and didn't charge me for that! I'm glad I know about him!
