Whenever I encounter this one lady I have the worst experience. She is not only totally incompetent by giving me wrong information, she is also incredibly unfriendly
Time to extend hours! Hire more staff! The current staff is doing everything they can with the resources they have.
I give it zero stars if possible. The wait time is worse than horse droppings. Not only that the lady key who typed in documents was slower than a turtle at doing her data entry. Saw lots of people come in and go while we waited on her sorry self for data entry. I had to go up to her and ask what is going on and she throws me an attitude, flips out, and leaves the building. Avoid this place, go somewhere else if possible, unless you want to wait all day.

Poor hours. Poor weight times. Since most customers are students hours are extremely inconvenient.
Inadequate facilities for the population of Springdale. Long lines waiting hours in the sun with no shade. Desperately needs improvement.
Hours for driver testing is a few hours in the mornings only. We have driven over there twice so my daughters can take their test and both times we haven't been ablle to do it. They are turning people away. Today I was told to show up at least and hour and half (before they open) if I want the girls to test. Which will still require an hour or more wait since people are already standing in line at 6am.
