This hotel is very clean when you walk in the door you can smell that the place is clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly Ashley checked me in and was very nice. The manager Amber is very Helpful and always makes you feel welcome. I was coming in with groceries and she help me in and up to my room with them. You don't find that very often. My room was very clean and smelled fresh the only thing I wish is there were dishes in the room.
Great location easy access to the highway. This hotel is in a quiet area, nice clean rooms and very great staff from the manager to front desk to housekeeping. Everyone was really kind and helpful.
The room was less than expected, but for the price I moved past that. There is an odor as soon as you enter the hotel and it's stronger when you enter the rooms. The sink was stopped up, which should have been noticed if it ever gets cleaned. The fridge was making a hissing, growling sound that kept us up. I got up in the morning and stepped on a nail and a rock. Vacuum once and a while. I brought all of this to the attention of the desk clerk and they were less than helpful. I asked to be moved to a different room which they didn't even acknowledge, they just said they would send maintenance up to the room. When they didn't order a different room I asked for an early check out, but she informed me that they don't offer refunds. Let's hope maintenance can work a miracle.
Update: after staying there one night we had to spend half the next day at the doctor because my daughter developed a rash. Turns out she was attached by bed bugs. The hot on duty promptly check our room and issued a full refund.
The rooms were clean, and they were nice, very nice staff. The only problems we had was the TV didn't have a remote so we had to wind up calling them to get that, after we got the remote, the TV worked but no picture so I spent 15 minutes working on it to get the picture up, after that, the remote wouldn't turn channels. We just had to watch whatever was up at the time. I tried to reprogram the remote to the TV, but never worked. It would just turn on and turn off. So before you go here, I would check in to other rooms. It was kind of loud to. There were kids near us and if they weren't screaming, they were running up and down the hall ways. Hope this helps someone.
