Ordered here several times, and never had a problem with my order. Always hot, always tasty, always ready on time.
Surprised at all the negative reviews, but Google reviews do tend to say more about the reviewer than the one being reviewed.
Every time I've ordered from here over the last couple of years it is something. I tried thinking it was just an accident, but the level of service has been consistent. They forget the crust type, missing toppings, what seems like undercooked dough, or forgotten drinks. The last time had 2 of those things. Would not recommend ordering from this place and I wonder what Pizza Hut is doing allowing this to continue.
Bad customer service. They sent me two of the same pizzas when I ordered two different ones and told me to have the righr pizza I would have to pay for another pizza after I told them they could have the duplicate back. I use to order from here all the time what a shame they lost a good customer. On to Dominos!
Seriously how hard is it to put extra freaking sauce on my pizza!?!?!? Everytime i order pizza from here i request it! And over emphasize that i want extra sauce, I would gladly pay extra if they would just do what i ask, and even when they assure me they have put extra sauce on my pizza they fail to do so, I end up with less sauce! Its almost as if i was asking for less sauce! They have given me credit for my order everytime i complain! Its like they would rather give me free pizza than just do what I ask! Seriously its not that hard!
