I have worked in food service off and on for over ten years and I have never seen such a blatantly rude and disrespectful display of nonprofessionalism. Ridiculous.

The "manager" was screaming at our waitress while we were trying to talk to her. Usually we have a great experience here. We love the food and staff. But this time this woman's behavior almost made me leave if I hadnt been so hungry and already settled in I would be left. She was just so rude she clearly saw us talking to our waitress and she was screaming at her where are you come here now! We even said loud enough to hear that was so rude and disrespectful and we still haven't even heard an apology at all from her. Which makes it worse. We will try to forget this awful experience but it's gonna he hard. We love the food but that woman needs training on how to be a manager her name is Connie. The Springdale location needs a new manager.

EDIT: Came today (6/30/17) with my family to eat a late breakfast and we have a new server. She was kind and helpful. We tried our best to be patient because I know how hard that job can be and learning takes a little time.
Service started off pretty good. Towards the end of eating I had to ask to get my coffee topped off. The food was good. I will eat there again.
Best hash browns in nw Arkansas.

Rhonda was super attentive and friendly. Really the whole staff was great and the food hit the spot! Very fast too.
One thing about our dining experience today was rude and unacceptable. The cook and her manager, a short, bigger lady with short grey/silver hair (might be named Connie?) yelled at our server the entire time. She could clearly see she was at a table, taking care of her customers like she is supposed to and Connie screamed her name repeatedly until we (the customer) told her to go ahead because her manager/cook was obviously hell bent on interrupting us.
