The manager doesn't seem to think customer service is to important when you need something and they're out of it .
Personal service is worth it
Very poor service. I left a piece of trim to match the color. I was told they would call me when ready. I never got a call. I am Lowes paint customer now.
I dropped off paint samples at 7 a.m. and they didn't have 3 gallons of paint mixed up until 2:30 p.m.. I called and asked him what took so long and they said that they took our samples but if other customers come in they have to take care of them first. Kind of funny how that works. I came in and they tell me to wait to get my paint mixed up but then take care of other customers who walk in the door and don't have them wait? Asinine!
