I've called several times in past two days trying to talk to a customer support rep, only to constantly be placed on hold. I was left on hold well over an hour all times I called, 3 hours the first call. Apparently they care nothing about there customers. I even left a message for a return call and to this day have still never received the return call. Greyhound/Jefferson Lines SUCK!
The station is okay, but dealing with any costumer service reps on the phone is a nightmare I would give them negitive stars if I could.
