On Augist 5th 2016 I was driving my motorcycle traveling East on 412 approaching Carroll 937 RD. As I approached Carroll 937 I observed a Carroll Electric truck stopped at the intersection of 412 and 937. The Truck then pulled out and turned West onto 412. A second Carroll Electric truck pulls in behind the first and without hesitation follows the first truck. The first truck had enough time to safely pull onto 412 however the second truck put itself directly into my path. At this point I had the option of veering left onto 412 West lane and hitting the first truck head on, going straight and T-Boning the second truck or veering to the outside of my lane and hopefully missing the second truck. I leaned into the turn applying as little breaks as I could. My tiers lost traction, I thought I was about to die. I do not remember the anything passed that but regained consciousness while rolling down the hill. State Trooper Aaron Middleton badge number 369 responded. I recall hearing Trooper Middleton telling witnesses he could not take statements from anyone who did not see the accident from the start while I was in the ambulance. The only statement that was taken was from one person. A driver of a Carroll Electric truck. There was no statement taken from the passengers of the Carroll Electric truck or from the other Carroll Electric truck or from the other witnesses. A few days later I attempted to contact Trooper Aaron Middleton to give him my statement. Trooper Aaron Middleton first words to me on the phone was " I am not changing my report! What do you want?" He also informed me there was only one Carroll Electric truck there. He also insisted I was too messed up to accurately recall any details of the accident. I decided to speak with his supervise in an attempt to resolve this matter. I do not recall the Detectives name but I was assured that Trooper Aaron Middleton is one of his best and it is highly unlikely that he would make any mistakes. The detective did not see any reason to investigate any farther. I then contacted the dispatch center to obtain call records of 911 calls in hopes of finding a witness. I was informed that dispatch received several calls but only kept one callers information on record. I contacted the person who informed me he did see a second Carroll Electric bucket truck at the accident. I then Contacted the Detective and relaid the contact information to him. He called me later to tell me he checked up on my info to insure I did not give him a fictitious witness and that he then contacted the witness who told him there was 2 Carroll Electric trucks at the scene of the accident. He informed me he would stop by Carroll Electric dispatch to confirm a second truck. He did so and took a statement from the driver of the second truck. No statements where taken from any of the passengers of either of the Carroll Electric trucks. The detective told me good job for proving there was 2 trucks. Now all you have to do is prove one of them pulled out in front of you and he doubts that will happen because both drivers stories collaborate each others. Again, no statements where collected from the passengers of either trucks. I was spoken to as though I was a lier throughout the entire process from the Detective and Trooper Aaron Middleton. It is my understanding Trooper Aaron Middleton is a Veteran. I am too. Trooper Aaron Middleton badge number 369 failed me. I didn't know him or fight along side him but while serving. Every Veteran is my brother or sister. Trooper Aaron Middleton is not! A Carroll Electric job has great benefits, good pay, insurance and everything. It is understandable when faced with loosing all that one would lie and attempt to hide the truth. Considering my appearance (Cheap cloths, antique motorcycle and beard) I feel as though it was decided that the responsible person should not be held accountable. As though my life was not worth as much as the Carroll Electric Employees job.

I'm Still alive!

Too small to handle everyone but nice enough people.
