Had a small leak in my roof. They responded to my email very quickly and with a few emails and a phone conversation they were able to troubleshoot the problem and had it fixed within 10 minutes. Very pleasant to deal with.
We have had our roof for a year now and although it looks very nice, we have spotted three noticeable (one major) leaks during all the rain we have had. Unfortunately since we bought it from the previous owners who had just put roof on before they listed it we are now told it is not covered by warranty. It would have been nice for them to atleast stand behind a product only a year old and expect their workmanship to hold up for atleast that long. Very disappointed.
