Pharmacy here is a waste of space, the head man lied. Then he threatened not to fill my mothers prescription because she was upset. She was upset because she was in pain. Then he decided he would lie and said "Tim" who supposedly worked at my moms doctors' office said they were just gonna cut her off cold turkey. The way we know this is a lie is because my mom has seen the same doctor for years, and not once has a "Tim" worked there. In my opinion? The best thing they can do is get a whole new staff of friendly educated people who have required people skills or shut the pharmacy there, down. When my mother called the store to file a complaint, the person who answered the phone was non cooperative, and then decided to hang up, last time I checked, when you work as a manager, part of your job is to LISTEN to complaints. Not hang up on the complaints and only listen to what you want to hear as if though you're perfect, because you aren't. Complaints are constructive critisism, that... Get this... HELP you make your work environment BETTER.
I prefer to go to another store unless I have to shop here. The staff are not helpful, you have to hunt them down when you need help. I have decided to do most of my shopping at a store that is farther away but so much nicer to shop in. It is the one off Don Tyson.
