They get five stars because they went above and beyond the necessary to resolve a drive thru mishsp. Courteous s, and willing to listen kindly even though they were busy at the time returned.
I've eaten at McDonald's in many states and several foreign countries. Consistently good food. Not outstanding but consistently good, even the local variations
If I could give them no stars I would. My orders more often than not have something wrong but I try to be easy going and let it go. On November 26, 2017 I had driven up, ordered, and was ready to pay but my ten dollar bill was a bit torn. I politely asked if it could be used and the drive through staff checked with the manager.
An older person with a long gray ponytail who I assume is the manager wretched open the drive through window to screech “NO MA’AM” in my face. It was very sudden, very jarring, and outright rude! I already had a twenty dollar bill ready just in case and would have driven off with no complaints… if not for the fact that this location thinks its appropriate to bellow out the windows at customers! My 4 and 6 year old children were in the back seat seeing all this and asked me why they were shouting. I guess this manager assumed I was trying to steal or be combative right off the bat OR was going out of their way to be nasty, who knows! It was THAT random. I am going to let all my friends and family know what a horrible experience I had with such a simple question and I plan on posting it on social media. Other customers need to be warned they might get wailed at and treated like a criminal for wanting to buy food from this business!
I was able to get coffee and a newspaper through the drive through. So handy.
Very friendly and cooperative staff. They seem to work very well together and it creates a pleasant atmosphere. This place is exceptionally clean and well-organized. I'm also diggin' the self-serve.
