-No confusion! I gave them the sheet I had with the VIN's, a few seconds later they had every one looked up and verified where they were, who bought them, you name it. Never had a positive experience like that yet with the huge national auctions.
-easy access for transporters, in and out.
-gate passes printed instantly on receipt paper. Sign the bottom, hand it to the gate man, drive out. Super easy.
-helped me find every last car. The entire load was pulled and in the out lot within 20 minutes thanks to Mike.

-GREAT staff! So tired of all the other auctions where the staff treats you as an annoyance and acts as if every car they process is the first one they've ever done. Come on, people- it's the same thing over and over. It's not rocket science.
This is the cleanest, most well organized professional auction I've ever been to. The staff was plentiful, helpful, friendly, and knew exactly what they were doing. Mike was the yard man who helped me find and check out the 6 cars I hauled out tonight, he made the job much faster than it would've been and had a great sense of humor as well. He lightened up an otherwise strenuous and tiresome workday for me.

Very helpful business. They feed you, help you get your vehicles out of the gate, and have a great selection of vehicles from $200 to $50,000 and even higher. They even have a cash drawing every week. No complaints.
-entire lot is paved and flat. No twisting your ankles on baseball-sized crushed concrete fill like the other auctions.
