They have the worst Halloween radio commercial ever conceived. It starts with a shrill scream with absolutely no warning! Being that this is a radio ad this means suddenly startling thousands of drivers every day! I drive with my windows open and was waiting at a red light and the scream was loud enough to not only startle me but the surrounding drivers as well! I don't have my radio or anything cranked up either, it is just that high pitched and preceded by nothing! I'm sure their goal wasn't to get people to buy more cars by wrecking them but that seems to be the likely effect of this commercial. Never been to Rath Auto, and thanks to that ad I am pretty sure I never will.

Had a great sales person daniel, took the truck for a test drive told him a few things needed addressed for me to buy it, some things were fixed, was told others would have to be fixed by my warranty which is fine by me dealer said they would pay fee, had problem with front diff bearings had those replaced, got the truck home still making grinding noise in front as a mechanic I looked into it needed struts so went to replace struts and front stub axles slid completely out of the front differential, highly irritated I pulled the front cover off the diff and no clips inside the pumpkin where there should have been clips on the axles $100.00 later I fixed it, plus the struts and a wheel bearing because the shop connected with them couldn't find the problem now I have more problems a few thousand miles in, the radio was replaced with aftermarket speakers weren't working so I tore into it to find spliced wires instead of buying a $9 connecter I've spent 5.5 hours trying to fix wiring, I'd rather have my old truck back than this thing at least I knew everything about it, asked for records on this truck and didn't get any buyer beware I'll only keep it a year then I'll go somewhere with better knowledge of their vehicles they bring in and a better shop if I go to another dealer at all after tjis, had better service work done by car-mart they asked what was wrong And sent me the parts to fix it!
