I have been with Dr Anna Eremieva for almost ten years. And pretty much many of the same office personnel and nurses. I honestly don't see how a medical group could be any better than these people are. I've been through one major surgery with them, plus every three months meds and diabetes check up. These people are 100% tops in my book. I thank my lucky stars for having such a team to help me.
took my 90 year old grandmother to a follow up visit with Dr Anna, it was 2 weeks after she fell and broke her hip and had surgery so she wasn't comfortable sitting. She has been a patient there for four years. On this day we were the only people in the clinic and arrived on time for the apt... we waited and waited. After 105 minutes we finally saw Dr Anna.
She is the best primary care physician that I have ever had - she treats me with respect & kindness, actually listens to me, answers my questions thoughtfully, and her staff is exemplary.
The only complaint I have is that I must stop at "5", not being allowed to rate these people at 10 or higher which is what they deserve. I've been Dr Anna's patient for several years. Every time I see her and her staff, I am treated as if I'm the Queen of England. They treat EVERYONE this way. I've been noticing this for years. I thank god in heaven that Dr Anna is my doctor and I am grateful for her staff, everyone from the front desk to the lab women to her nurses. All deserve top ranking. Nothing less.
I've never seen a more disorganized office, and disrespectful office, than this one!
Dr. Anna is very knowledgeable and amazing. She has always taken the time that I need and not just pushed me threw just to see more patients.
Then the very next visit we arrive and they've lost her file, and have none of her medications listed, nor the doses, and they're asking her to tell them what she take and the milligram so they can re-do their records.... These are medications that Dr Anna prescribed... this place seems to be a joke. *if you like a sweet little Dr. who doesn't give a $#*+ about your time, and won't prescribe any Narcotics for anyone ever (including an 90 year old woman who has a broken hip) then this is the Dr for you....
Dr. Anna is one of the good ones that is why I have been her patient for 8 + years.
