I set up my appointment online and selected carpet, tile and hardwood floor cleanings. The crew arrived on time which was great, but they didn't have the necessary equipment to do the hardwood floors at that time. I assumed they would call and schedule a new time to do the hardwood floors, but they didn't so my husband & I ended up doing that ourselves. They did a good job on the carpet and most of the tile (right by the stove could have been addressed more). The guys were nice, but I'm not sure I will use this company again.
The guys did a fantastic job this morning. Jose and his partner were very professional, quick, and efficient. They were cleaning 12 year old carpet that had never been cleaned and I couldn't have been more impressed. They took great care in explaining everything that was to be done, offered a few upgrade options, but they were not pushy, and left the carpets looking almost new again. Well worth the money.
Stanley steemer came out to my house on 11/21/15 and was late was suppose to be here at 830am and didn't show up until 9am and was only here for maybe 45 minutes to do a 3bedroom home the 2 men that showed up did not want to be here and did not care about the job that they were sent here to do, they rushed the cleaning of all 3 bedrooms and the hallway! I will not recommend them to anyone, it was a poor excuse of a job done!!
Jacob and Jackson did an outstanding job! Our dog had gotten sick all over the carpet. I called in the morning and lucked out to get somebody out here the same day! They explained everything to me, were quick, professional and best of all, out carpets look and smell amazing! Thanks guys!
The guys were nice this is true, but I'm not entirely impressed with the quality of the clean (especially for what we paid). Plenty of corners left with dust/grime, but for that price I'd expect things to be spotless.
