Wonderful

I have been a loyal customer twice now and never been late on a payment. I gave a notice that i would be moving and when i went to get my stuff i was locked out until i paid a full month. I will be out on the 4th and had to pay up to the 24th. No pro rating and poor customer service

Horrible experience, rented two units and when we went to move our units we had mice. We did not have mice when we moved our stuff in. They ate potting soil, clothes, holes in our furniture and everything had mouse droppings! We could see them running from our unit to the one next to us! The manager/owner said they were not responsible! NOT A GOOD PLACE TO KEEP YOUR STUFF!!
