Awesome experience. This establishment has some very professional and polite staff! I was helped quickly and the team went out of their way to help me. I would recommend to everyone!
I have never been so impressed in my life! This is the storage place to use. The staff knew what they were doing, they were polite, knowledgeable, willing to go above and beyond. Literally there isn't enough space to describe how happy I am with this place.
This used to be 265 Storage. The ownership and management just changed. My automatic payment did not transfer and I wasn't aware until I got a past due notice. The new management was very nice and removed the fee, working as best as they can under the circumstances. I'm marking at 4 stars because of the disruption of my time, but if it gets back to normal (that is, being an invisible service), I'll bump this up to 5.
