This Goodwill location has a lot of brand new, unopened items at a good price.
Very nice stuff you can get there...
We have donated numerous things probably thousands of dollars of stuff to this Goodwill. Rarely do I ever go in because the parking lot is so poorly designed but I happened to this morning with my two boys because I noticed there was some parking available. We waited a ridiculous amount of time to check out and the line was not moving at all so a lady two customers behind me went and asked if they could get another cashier. Apparently the one lady checking out was training someone. Which is understandable. She immediately called for a manager to come and he came and began to check out people. The frustrating thing that happened was as I was leaving I picked my 21 month old out of the cart and my three-year-old was trying to get the bags out to help me carry them so he stepped up on the side of the cart and it flipped over on top of him. I guess the corner of it landed on his foot and he was crying so I got him up, set him on the bench took his sock and shoe off and checked out his foot while my baby just said on the floor by the front door. After getting his sock and shoe back on then I gathered our stuff and went over and pick the cart up off the floor. I noticed the manager was just behind the counter the whole time no longer checking people out just watching then he turned around and walked out from behind the counter towards my direction and never said a word. Not only did he not say a word but he looked at my children as if children are despicable. I looked him straight in the eye and informed him that my son was OK and thanked him for being concerned. He told me that he was watching the whole time and was just letting me take care of things. I'm sorry but that's absurd to be a manager where there are customers and see something like that happen and watch it take place and not offer to help or check to make sure everything is OK. He never ask if we needed ice or if my son was OK or even had the common courtesy to walk over and pick the card up off the ground. I'm sorry but that's absolutely uncalled for and we will no longer donate to this location again and I hope that he does not remain working there for the sake of the company's name or at the very least is retrained. Unless he learns how to care and show common courtesy toward the customers.
