I have used Sir Speedy both professionally and personally and have always had a wonderful experience. They offer top notch customer service as well as great finished products. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for small to large printing needs. They can handle it all! Everything from design help to that last minute time crunch-they will always offer their all to get the job done and help you look your best!
Patrick and his team are phenomenal. We've relied on them for printed materials, branding and marketing solutions, design, banners, and more. I don't know what we would do without them. They are an extension of our nonprofit team and we are grateful for their expertise.
Got a huge surprise with the final price after being quoted verbally a lot lower price for project. First they already printed my order without providing me with a proof copy in order for me to approve. After adding simple lettering to the pictures I was charged more without knowing. Not happy with the surprise fees after production. I will never do business with them again. Go someplace else.
Instructions for a print order were not followed. Asked explicitly for black and white, but was given color. Would have printed a larger job, but they were rude and slow, contrary to what the name suggests. Go to Docuprint on Emma instead for your printing needs.
Amazing customer service!! I reached out to Sir Speedy per recommendation to complete a project in a time crunch, and they went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. My order was on a tight time crunch to begin with, and then more items were added. Sir Speedy took on the challenge without a blink of the eye. The night before installation, the owner, Patrick, even waited after hours to ensure the prints were going to be exactly what I needed. There were some issues on installation day with stakeholder indecision, and Sir Speedy handled it all with finesse and delivered an incredible product. My client and I ordered with Sir Speedy a little bit unsure of what exactly we wanted, and their team was able to help us find something that looks stunning in our spaces. If I were to ever have similar needs with another project, I'd go to Sir Speedy without hesitation.
