We saw the vet at the pet store. Very friendly Vet and receptionist. I called the office for further assistance a few days later and they were more than glad to assist me. I would gladly recommend him to all. 100% satisfied thus far.
I was looking for a new vet after a bad experience at West Oak Animal Hospital. I couldn't be more pleased with Hancock Veterinary Services. The staff was very professional and friendly. They were also very accommodating in helping with my neighborhood stray cat. The prices were reasonable and they didn't try to nickle and dime me with extra services and tests. I am very happy to have Hancock Veterinary Services care for my five pets and have recommended them to friends and family.

First visit with a new dog. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Bird took time to answer a lot of questions and trimmed Bella's nails. They had high quality flea/tick and heart worm products right there in the office. That was convenient. As I said, we have a new dog and wanted to get her squared away on the spot as opposed to shopping online and waiting for shipping. Update : We have now been bringing Bella to Hancock for a year and are very pleased with the way we are treated.
