This is the first negative review I have ever written. A sectional is a big purchase for me, and my expectation is that the sectional should not be sqeaky, pillows going flat and loose arm after 6 months of occasional use.

Awesome customer service, great prices, wonderful furniture, free delivery, great payment plans, why shop anywhere else? Also cheap assembly fee and they work it in your payment's! No huge down payment!! Easy credit app. Only took 5 minutes!!
Very Dissatisfied and Disappointed Customer
She assured me that she would look up my information, find out about the manufacture's warranty, and call me back so we can resolve the issue. That was over 3 weeks ago and I have not heard from her yet.
Purchased a beautiful sectional from AR Furniture Mart that is perfect for my family. I called to inform them that after only having the sofa for 6 months that the sofa was squeaky, arm was loose and a couple of the pillows that you sit on were going flat. Also informed her this sofa was only used occasionally.
The first thing she told me after I told her my issues with the sectional is that "the pillows are not meant to last forever." I told her again that I have only had the sectional for 6 months. She went on to tell me in a very rude manner that she was helping a customer before I called, but the sectional should still be under warranty. I expressed my concerns about her rudeness, and then she started talking with me a LITTLE more friendly.
