We went in over Labor Day, not realizing there was a sale. We picked out chairs and had them special, special made. Fabric that wasn't on the list for the chairs we picked. We asked for, and got fabric that is for other furniture. A nice gray / brown tweed fabric. It only took three weeks to get the chairs, and they are amazing!
My only complaint is that they got rid of the seat size variety. Our last lazyboys came in 5 different seat widths. They only have one size now, maybe tso. Small and smaller.

So I went there to get just a queen box spring.. The one I had in a guest room broke. I randomly ran into a manager and explained what I needed. They were remodeling the showroom and had an orphan queen box spring. He sold it to me for half off. Very nice guy.
Delivery was quick. The delivery personal were also very professional and courteous. They got the chairs in easily and set them up exactly as requested.

I am happy with the size of the back of the chair and how they fit now. This is the first time I bought a recliner that my neck didn't always stay pushed forward. I love how this fits me. My husband choose a chair with more lower back support. The best part of a lazyboy chair, is that you can push the top part back even without the chair in recline.

We ended up buying just what we wanted at a great price. We had a couch from La-Z-Boy before that lasted 13 yrs. They have great product at a good price.
