Was there for 3+ hours waiting for them to fix the headlights to my car. Finally they come out and say that they couldn't fix the low beams but they fixed the high beams, which were already working perfectly fine!!! They expected $300 so we had them take back all of the new stuff they put in it and still had to pay $100 for literally nothing. The high beams always worked perfectly fine. They screwed us over, had us wait all day, and then made us pay $100 for their crappy service. I wouldn't recommend.
On the way into town from another state, my car's check engine light came on. I found Garrett Tire/Auto online, saw that the reviews were good, and asked if I could drop it off that night for a check. He said they were busy the next day but could squeeze me in late that next afternoon. At 8:59am, I had a text saying they'd checked my car and found the problem. I called, a technician explained the issue and my options (including the "Really, with this, you could just let it be for a while. It won't really be an issue." -- no pressure to fix it!), and when I said that I wanted it fixed he told me it should be ready around 4:00pm. At 11:11am, I got another text -- my car was ready. The price was great, the service was amazing, and the people were friendly and very helpful and worked SO quickly! And I appreciate the honesty of "You could just let it be," while telling me what would eventually happen (nothing serious, just an annoyance). So there was no pressure to get it fixed, transparency regarding costs, and a faster time table than was indicated. I highly recommend, and I've recommended them already to my family in Northwest Arkansas.

TL;DR: An honest mechanic who could have taken an out-of-towner to the cleaners, but instead provided some of the best auto repair service I've received.
I'm new to the area and was very stressed about finding a trustworthy tire and automotive care center. Boy did I hit the jackpot! I went in today for a small service, but was so impressed, Garrett Tire and Auto Center will be taking care of ALL of my vehicles from here on out. This includes trusting them with a 'one of one' show car. I cannot say enough nice things about this place.
