Just don't. I've had 3 horrible experiences, and I will never return. Experience #1- Years ago, they lifted my car with the door open then lowered it, creating a crinkled dent under my car door. #2- Had an oil change done, and the very next day..my oil pressure light came on. I took it to another mechanic, and he finally drained the new oil after not finding any issue...I'm not exaggerating a bit, but it sounded exactly like someone pouring a jug of water into more water (The oil was WAY too thin) The mechanic did not believe me I had just had an oil change the day prior. and the most recent, #3- made an appointment to have service done to my car, the muffler was under warranty. 2.5 hours later, I get a call with a quote...a quote I already knew, AND he cannot work on it until 2 more days. he gave me the quote, and didn't take off the cost of the muffler. I reminded him that it's under warranty. He claims he does not see that. I sent him a photo of my print-out of the quote I received earlier, and he called me back saying "I'll honor that..I'll work with ya." -as if he's doing some special favor. It's under warranty! If you really need good work done, by mechanics you will truly feel confident in, I only go to Brown's in Springdale. I only went back to Seeburg bc of the muffler...but it ended up only being a $40 muffler, so eff that noise.

Even in the pouring rain, with flood waters, still willing to go the extra mile and check my vehicle's leaking engine out... even offering to put it safely indoors for the weekend. I truly appreciate it! That's why I recommend Seeburg to anyone, no matter the vehicle or it's issue!
**Update** - Shortly after I left the poor review below, Dustin, the regional manager of Seeburg, called me up to establish a communication of what went down, and how he could right the situation. He was extremely helpful, and it was obvious he cared about the quality of work from his Seeburg locations. He made time to come to the Fayetteville location the very next day, and he himself did the repair work on replacing my exhaust system..AND did it all under an hour. Not to mention, he knocked down the overall cost due to my unfortunate experience the weeks prior. I wish there were more people like Dustin, who look into customers' experiences, and try to remedy their situations. Thumbs up service, Fayetteville. Dustin has restored some faith in me, that wrongs can be corrected, and service to customers is top priority. Thank you again!

My 2001 Ford van developed a problem while in the area, and the closest repair shop said they could not even look at it for three days! Called here and Clay said to bring it on in. Within an hour they had diagnosed the problem, found one I was not aware of, and informed me another matter I was concerned about was just fine and needed no attention. Great job and much appreciated by a traveling musician! Thank you Clay and crew!
I had not changed my oil in several months - bad deal on my part. I took it in to have the guys at Seeberg in Springdale take care of it. The new manager Clay was so nice, and really knew what he was talking about. Yes, I was in trouble for letting it go so long without maintaining my vehicle, but they got me in and out on a busy Saturday pretty quick and even told me when to come back in! Thanks guys!
