I've worked with a lot of repair shops, but HCS Auto Repair sets the bar very high. I went to HCS at the recommendation of a co-worker. I'm glad I listened! I worked with Jordan, and I was impressed. Jordan did a great job in keeping me informed about the issue, the progress, and the costs. I really appreciated how Jordan answered all of my questions, and took time to provide me with quotes for other repairs I'll need at some point, even after closing time. The team at HCS did an excellent job, and I will use them for my future repairs.
The guys at HCS are fantastic. Shortly after moving to NWA, my alternator went out and a work friend recommended I bring my car to HCS to have it replaced. I am so glad I did! They took the time to explain the repairs in detail, which I really appreciated, as I know next to nothing about cars. Some of the best customer service I have ever received.
Today is my second visit to HCS (just a routine oil change) and they are taking excellent care of me again. I will absolutely continue to bring my car here to have it serviced as long as I live in the area. Highly recommend!

My parents were visiting from out of state and their car stalled several times while in town over a weekend. I did some research on line and discovered HCS and glad I did! We called promptly at 8am on Monday and talked with Lewis. Lewis was extremely courteous, professional (as were all the staff) and considerate of my parents situation. They were able to look at the car that afternoon, diagnose the issue (electrical), and make the repair on that Monday at a very fair price. Now I've found my new repair shop for all my vehicles. Great job Lewis, Bryon, and team. Thank you for helping my parents.
