Been to KFC twice in the last month the first time 4 employees were sitting on curb close to door smoking cigarettes. I was absolutely disgusted and aggravated so I chose to leave. The next time I pull up to the drive thru and the girl gets in the intercom saying what's up KFC I said what then she replied yeah it's KFC what do you need. Her voice was so unprofessional and she was laughing. I pulled to the window and asked her is that how you greet your customers and she said y'all I told her I felt she was rude she then said oh okay. I was astonished! I then told her I would be making a review and she said sorry. Poor customer service
The 8.99 big box is not so big,chicken pieces way to small.
I really like KFC buffets except it seems about all of them are never busy enough to keep fresh food out. This trip was no different. It was after 1pm but to me that's no reason not to keep fresh food. It oddly did actually pick up in business just before 2pm and the restaurant was good enough to restock to feed the new flock even though they usually shut down at 2. I wish KFC had more business so that they can afford to keep more employees on each shift, then maybe the restaurant can stay cleaner and fresher. I would go more often myself if it did because I really do like KFC chicken and cole slaw.
Always love KFC the Buffet here was not as varied like the one In Sapulpa OK but it was still good......
I have seen several negative reviews however my experience was quite the opposite. We went for lunch right at noon and had the buffet. Everything was fresh and hot there was a large selection of vegetables and desert options. The service was good, prompt and courteous.
