Much better service now verses when it first opened. Good food, great fries.
Sonic is just as good. Granted, Whataburger has a few different items on their menu. But that's the only reason to go back. And FYI, if you are in a hurry and want something fairly quick. Don't go to Whataburger. We started to wonder if they went to grow the vegetables and slaughter the cows.
As usual, great food and fantastic service! If you have not tried the Chorizo Burger, you better hurry as it is a 'Limited Time Only' item and is off the charts! My only complaint is that we don't have a Whataburger in Fort Smith!
Its a good place to go to at anytime of day, and night.
I hate giving bad reviews, hopefully this was just a bad night for the staff and management team. They were out of chicken, I can deal with that - but then they gave us the incorrect order after over 45 minutes of waiting fro two burgers and fries. They did refund the price of the one burger that was incorrect and we cut our losses and didn't ask for a replacement due to how long the first one took. This was a negative experience at one of my favorite "fast" food joints.
