The chicken was crispy and juicy, full of flavor. The service was friendly and welcoming. All-in-all a great place for lunch.

Zaxby's is always one of my favorite places to get chicken. It's delicious. Juicy, hot and yummy... Awesome salads and sandwiches on big slices of buttered Texas toast and fresh lettuce and tomato. The zax sauce is worth it alone.. The fries are almost always hot and fresh and they are seasoned perfectly.
Our first time eating here, food was great and the service was AMAZING!! After ordering our food we were looking at the menu and my husband mentioned something sounded good quietly to me. After we sat down, they brought us that on the house to try.
Went through drive-,thru. Drink was room temperature, no ice, and flat. Crinkle fries were cold and limp. Chicken fingers were cooked correctly, but the grease was old, so they smelled burned.
